The Slack agents are great for single tasks, but for complex operations, I need the agent to 'remember' context from a conversation we had 3 days ago without me re-pasting the SOP. Adding a vector-database layer for long-term memory would make these agents 10x more useful.
Noticed that when running the 'Data & Insights' agent on datasets over 50MB, the Claude API occasionally times out before the Node.js backend can process the response. Might need an asynchronous 'job-queue' approach for larger files.
As an agency owner, I'd love a simple dashboard where my clients can see their 'Automation ROI' (tasks completed, hours saved). Being able to point them to a URL with my branding would help justify the monthly retainer for these agents.
