Our technical terms and brand names often get translated literally into other languages, which confuses customers. We need a way to upload a 'Non-Translate' CSV so ChatBridge knows to keep specific keywords (like product names or internal codes) in English across all 130+ languages.
When translating into Arabic or Hebrew (RTL), the text alignment in the ChatBridge component occasionally stays left-justified, making it difficult for agents to read the flow. The text bubbles should automatically flip orientation based on the detected language direction.
