The unified inbox is great on desktop, but as a business owner, I'm often away from my desk. Having a native iOS/Android app to handle AI-supervised WhatsApp and Email triage on the go would make this my 24/7 command center.
Since Wrrk handles the CRM and Pipeline, it would be a huge win to see a customer's 'Lifetime Value' or 'Recent Orders' directly inside the chat sidebar. Deep syncing with Stripe/Shopify would eliminate the last reason I have to log into other tools.
Noticed a 5-10 minute lag between receiving an Instagram DM and it showing up in the Wrrk unified inbox. This breaks the 'Autonomous' AI mode since the response time uplift is lost. Needs more frequent polling for the IG API.
